Farmville………………………………………………Rolane Thomas Harris, age 81, died Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at his home.

                                                                                Graveside service will be held Friday, September 9, at 2:00 P.M. at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens by Rev. William Keith.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside service from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home.

                                                                                Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Eva Harris; brothers, James Earl, John Lee, and Alton Ray Harris; and special son-in-law, Kevin Sugg.

                                                                                He is survived by the love of his life, Kat Butts of the home; children, Gail Windley (Jeffrey), Valeria Burrus (Jerry), Tina Harris (Larry), Jeannette Sugg, and Mary Craft; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

                                                                                The family extends special thanks to Maggi (caregiver) and Community Home Health and Hospice.
