Rosa Bridgers Dunn

Falkland…………………………..Rosa Bridgers Dunn, age 82, died March 15, 2024.  

                                    Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 17, at 5:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Henry Parker. A committal service will be held Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the Dunn Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 3 until 5 P.M., and other times at 406 Speight Avenue Tarboro, NC.

                                    Mrs. Dunn was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Lee Dunn; and a son, Robbie Dunn.

                                    She is survived by her daughters, Sherri Smith and husband, Michael of Ayden and Kelly Jones and husband, Dale of Whitakers; grandchildren, Lance Smith and fiancé, Mackenzie, and Kelsey Smith; brothers, and sisters, Billy Bridgers of Tarboro, Betty Lou Proenneke of Ponca, OK, Deborah Norris of Tarboro, Ruth Turner of Tarboro, David Bridgers of Tarboro, Naomi Burgess of Tarboro, and Rita Freeman of Tarboro; and many nieces and nephews.

                                    The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of The Bridges of Hendricks Creek and to Pruitt Hospice.

                                    Mrs. Dunn valued her relationship with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and would always ask if you know Jesus, are you a Christian? She is in Heaven now she hopes to see you there.
