Willow Springs……………………………………..Russell Elwood Jackson, age 65, died Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his home.

                                                                                A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

                                                                                Mr. Jackson was retired from the Department of Corrections.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Elwood Jackson.

                                                                                He is survived by his wife, Cindy Jackson of the home; mother, Glenda Turnage Jackson of Benson; ; sons, Lofton Jackson and wife, Briana of Smithfield and Patrick Botting and wife, Heather of Monterey Park, CA; daughter, Emily Hill and fiancé, Austin Davis of Wilson Mills; sister, Carrie Jackson Smith and husband, Nick of Raleigh; grandchildren, Landon Hill, Colson Hill, and grandson on the way, Ellis Davis; many other family and friends; and special pet, Lacey.
