Wayne Richard Copeland

Farmville, North Carolina……..Wayne R. Copeland, age 79, went to meet his maker July 20, 2022 at his home surrounded by family.  He was born December 9, 1942 to Earl and Mildred Copeland of Jackson, Ohio.  Wayne was married August 4, 1982 to Diana (Beaver) Copeland in Anna, Ohio the daughter of L. Arthur and Maxine M. (Trout) Beaver.

                                                Wayne is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diana L. Copeland; daughters, Kim (Mike) Hindenlang of Waynesfield, Ohio, Debbie (Dan) Gyrod of Sidney, Ohio, Pam Clark and Betty Swab of Troy, Ohio; sons, David Clark, Jeremy Copeland (Patricia Jones) of North Carolina, Arthur (Tracey) Copeland of Wapakonta, Ohio, and Kelly (Krissy) Copeland of Wapakonta, Ohio; sister, Janice (Richard) Smith of Beavercreek, Ohio; 78 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way; several nieces and nephews, all of Ohio.  He had one grandson to precede him in death.

                                                Wayne loved being ornery to all and watching NASCAR races in person and on TV.  He worked for Stolle’s/American Trim for 43 years, most of which he drove a forklift.  Wayne attended Anna Local School. 

                                                A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
