William Lee Mills, Sr.

August 27, 1943 – July 25, 2023

            Walstonburg….William Lee Mills, Sr., age 79, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023. He was married to the love of his life Betty Holloman Mills for fifty nine years.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper Earl and Magoline Mayo Mills.

            In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Patricia Stuckey (Timothy) of Goldsboro, Lou Ann Sherman of LaGrange, Karen Sutton (Frankie) of LaGrange; son, William Lee Mills, Jr. (Brenda) of Walstonburg; grandchildren, Ashley, Sebrina, Corey, Joshua, William III , Taylor, Christopher, Brianna, Amber, and Kelly.

            A Memorial service will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Farmville Funeral Home.

            In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
